Job summary

Bruker is seeking a full-time Revenue/Order-to-Cash specialist in the United States, based in Massachusetts (Billerica). You will manage customer orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15.

The role requires SAP ERP expertise, CRM experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Service teams. You will support month-end close, maintain accurate records, and participate in audits while providing excellent data

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related discipline.
• 3+ years business administration with SAP ERP and Revenue Recognition in high-tech life sciences or NMR environment.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and hands-on SAP, CRM software, SalesForce.com.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and revenue recognition incl. ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP environments; SAP RAR experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Portuguese/Spanish desirable.
• Ability to review contracts, quotes, purchase orders and change orders for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, contracts and supporting documents for revenue recognition.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy; ensure documentation for RAR.
• Update SAP invoices and SFDC with order numbers and documents.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Group, Sales Ops and Service teams to resolve issues.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and internal controls.
