Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to primarily support the SAP on-prem payroll system for the US and Canada. You will partner with HR to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement payroll solutions while providing ongoing technical support.

This onsite role is based in Naples, Florida, with a generous relocation package and a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days remote work per week. Remote work is not available full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with SAP on-prem payroll is required.
• Excellent SAP skills and knowledge in SAP on-prem payroll.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call and on-site payroll support for HR and Payroll teams.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and implement payroll solutions.
• Create functional design documents, requirements, and test cases.
• Lead or participate in project delivery and system improvements.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis and SAP Security to manage non-production environments.
• Support user acceptance testing and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax laws and internal controls.
