Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with SAP on-prem payroll is required.
• Experience with SAP HR Organization Management and Personnel Administration (OM/PA) is required.
• Hybrid work arrangement with onsite Naples, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-level and on-call coverage support to HR Payroll teams.
• Requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
• Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
• Participation in Application Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Management, and Maintenance in an Enterprise environment.
• Lead and/or participate in delivery of projects.
• Support user acceptance testing and user training activities.
• Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control.
• Proficient in application configuration, including add-on products/modules.
• Participate in assessment of application security and identity management requirements.
