Gilead Sciences Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing and Planning to own enterprise-wide manufacturing execution, planning, and shop floor digitization across the network.

You will define the S/4HANA PP, MES/Digital Manufacturing, and MRP roadmap while enabling GxP-compliant manufacturing transformation. The role leads cross-functional teams, partners with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders, and ensures enterprise standards for production planning and data quality across

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Production Planning, MES and manufacturing/supply chain tech experience.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA PP, MRP, and MES/Digital Manufacturing with hands-on integration of third-party MES (e.g., Werum PAS-X).
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Experience with governance, validation (CSV/CSA), and regulatory environments (GxP).
• Product ownership, leadership, and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the SAP manufacturing roadmap for PP, MES, MRP across sites.
• Architect scalable SAP solutions adapting to regulatory needs and business requirements.
• Lead integration with third-party MES platforms (Werum PAS-X) and SAP modules.
• Drive KPIs for production performance, planning accuracy, GxP compliance, and platform stability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and governance forums; influence senior leadership on strategy and investments.
