Job summary

Prostaffworkforce seeks an hands-on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Business Process Lead to support a major pharma manufacturing transformation in Billerica, MA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in Pharma/Medical Device manufacturing or related manufacturing.
• SAP S/4HANA experience in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with SAP PP, PP/PI, QM, and Production Planning.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, mapping, and optimization of manufacturing processes with global process owners.
• Translate operational requirements into SAP S/4HANA configuration with IT teams.
• Validate master data from GMP perspective and ensure data integrity.
• Lead testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare for manufacturing execution integration.
• Train operators, update SOPs, and drive continuous improvement KPIs.
