Fender Musical Instruments Corporation seeks a Senior Director of IT, SAP to own the strategic SAP roadmap. This hands-on leadership role requires configuring, designing, testing and mentoring a team of SAP engineers and developers, while guiding vendor relationships and major upgrades from ECC to S/4.

You will manage complex integrations across SD, PP, MM and FI, ensure delivery against business priorities, and continuously evolve the SAP landscape to support Fender's global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years SAP technical experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Stay hands-on: configure, write and review technical specs, debug and test.
• Mentor the team and develop engineers through SAP expertise.
• Document IT processes and designs in the IT Wiki.
• Manage vendor relationships to support IT and business needs.
• Lead IT engineers and developers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Prioritize development requests with business stakeholders.
• Engage Fender's Executive and Leadership Teams regularly.
• Run multiple projects concurrently with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Optimize the SAP landscape to maximize throughput and minimize risk.
• Stay current with new tools and technologies, including AI.
