The ideal candidate will bring deep process expertise, SAP functional knowledge, and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with extensive leadership experience and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 15+ years of related experience.
• Graduate degree with 13+ years, or 19+ years if no degree.
• Experience with multiple SAP functional areas (PS, PTM, PMMO, QM) and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team for SAP process and system support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into SAP solutions.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee SAP modules and related systems and integrations.
• Manage issue resolution with IT, analysts, developers, and partners.
• Lead requirements, process mapping, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
