Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Reporting & Analytics Senior Consultant to translate utility business questions into accurate, usable reports. You will own requirements, report definitions, data validation, and functional testing, partnering with data and technical teams to deliver trusted operational information.

You will collaborate with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, ABAP, and other delivery teams to design and implement reports and analytics within the approved

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with at least 3 years in a functional area.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience supporting reporting requirements, report definitions, functional specifications, testing, reconciliation, and stakeholder review for SAP IS-U or connected utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document reporting requirements for utility operations, billing, and regulatory needs.
• Translate business measures into report specifications, filters, and output formats.
• Analyze SAP IS-U data and dependencies to ensure correct report logic.
• Collaborate with SAP BW/4HANA, HANA, Datasphere, Analytics Cloud and ABAP teams to implement reports.
• Support delivery of operational extracts, dashboards, and management information.
• Create test cases, validate totals and access controls, reconcile with source data.
• Investigate data-quality issues and cross-system dependencies.
• Maintain report documentation and assist with UAT and production support.
• Manage deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams and junior staff.
