Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Reporting & Analytics Senior Consultant to translate utility business questions into accurate reports and analytics. You will own requirements, report definitions, data validation, and testing, partnering with data and technical teams to deliver trusted information.

The role involves coordinating with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, ABAP, and other delivery teams to implement reports that support operations across several utility processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including at least 3 years in a functional area.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience supporting reporting requirements, report definitions, functional specifications, testing, reconciliation, and stakeholder review for SAP IS-U or connected utility systems.
• Understanding meter-to-cash processes and dependencies among SAP IS-U functions, analytics platforms, source systems, and downstream applications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document reporting requirements for utility operations, customer service, billing, FI-CA, Retail Choice, device and work management, regulatory needs, and management oversight.
• Translate business measures into report specifications, definitions, filters, drill-downs, output formats, reconciliation rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze SAP IS-U source data and process dependencies to ensure report logic matches approved definitions and end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and ABAP teams to design and implement reports.
• Support delivery of operational extracts, queries, dashboards, and management information across SAP IS-U and connected systems.
