Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

Responsibilities include owning data-conversion strategy, waves, reconciliation controls, and cutover readiness; coordinating SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and business owners; ensuring audit-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs or releases.
Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, reconciliation controls, acceptance criteria, and decision gates.
Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners; establish remediation ownership.
Set the functional and technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, loads, and repeatable mock-conversion cycles.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, source-system teams, ETL developers, data stewards, business owners, and cutover leadership across meter-to-cash workstreams.
Govern mock loads, defect priorities, conversion metrics, control totals, and formal sign-off.
