Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion efforts within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own data-conversion strategy, waves, and acceptance criteria, while coordinating with cross-functional teams across utility data domains. Travel up to 40–60% is expected as needed for client work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically, 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
Experience owning functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
Set approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, and loads.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leaders.
Governing mock loads, defect priorities, and sign-off.
Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, and post-load validation.
Manage team capacity, risks, and executive decisions.
