Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis located anywhere in the United States to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance business outcomes, solution quality, delivery constraints, and operational readiness.
• Proven ownership of migration strategy, governance, reconciliation, cutover readiness, and business sign-off for a complex SAP program.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans, and readiness for the SAP IS-U program or release.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, reconciliation controls, acceptance criteria, and decision gates across utility data domains.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners; establish remediation ownership.
• Set the functional and technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, loads, and repeatable mock-conversion cycles.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, source-system teams, ETL developers, data stewards, and cutover leadership across meter-to-cash workstreams.
• Govern mock loads, defect priorities, conversion metrics, control totals, reconciliation, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, production execution coordination, and post-load validation.
