Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformations. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, own conversion readiness, and ensure audit-ready evidence while travel of 40-60% may be involved to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans, and readiness for SAP IS-U program.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, reconciliation controls, acceptance criteria, and gates.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners; establish remediation ownership.
• Set the functional and technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, loads, and mock-conversion cycles.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, source-system teams, ETL developers, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Governing mock loads, defect priorities, conversion metrics, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
