EY seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion within complex utility transformations. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will coordinate across meter-to-cash, ETL, data stewards and business owners, drive conversion readiness, and ensure audit-ready evidence. Travel 40-60%; EY offers a comprehensive rewards package and inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with leadership.
• Ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance business outcomes and delivery readiness.

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance and readiness.
• Define conversion waves, sequencing, ownership and gates.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning.
• Set mapping, transformation, tooling, staging and mock-conversions.
