Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to lead data migration efforts for IS-U implementations. You will analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and manage mappings, validation, and cutover activities across multiple workstreams.

Travel to client sites is expected. Strong SAP IS-U experience, data conversion skills, and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams are essential to ensure accurate migration and sign-off through repeated conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and SAP IS‑U experience (3–4 years) in utilities recommended.
• Hands-on data conversion, mapping, and load validation required.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Involve data analysis, mapping, transformation, and load validation for SAP IS‑U.
• Coordinate with business users, functional and technical teams across cycles.
• Support cutover rehearsals, post-load validation, and issue resolution.
