Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to lead data migration activities for SAP IS-U implementations. You will analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and manage data from source systems through cutover and post-load validation.

Travel to client sites may be required. You will partner with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, applying SAP IS-U knowledge to ensure accurate data transformation, migration, and validation across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U experience.
• Hands-on data conversion experience.
• Experience with data migration and mapping.
• Experience with master and transactional data.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating data with multiple teams.
• Knowledge of FI-CA and billing data.
• Experience with cutover rehearsal and production loads.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data and define conversion rules.
• Define source-to-target mappings and load dependencies.
• Support data migration across SAP IS-U components.
• Perform data profiling, mock conversions, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate staging and ETL activities with data teams.
• Identify and resolve data quality and referential integrity issues.
• Maintain control totals, balance checks, and exception reports.
• Support multiple conversion cycles and cutover rehearsals.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Assist post-go-live stabilization.
