Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to lead data migration activities for IS-U implementations. You will analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and manage mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover and post-load validation.

You will coordinate with business, functional, and technical data teams to ensure data is transformed, migrated, validated, and reconciled throughout the project lifecycle, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on data conversion/migration experience in utility environments.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, design, testing, and production support.
• Ability to work with business users, functional teams, and technical data teams.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration activities for SAP IS-U implementations and transformations.
• Analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and support data migration from source systems.
• Own assigned data objects from source analysis through mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover and post-load validation.
• Define and maintain source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and load dependencies.
• Coordinate staging and ETL activities with technical data teams and manage defects.
• Prepare functional conversion documentation and validation results.
• Support cutover rehearsals, production conversion activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
