Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients. You will translate billing requirements into functional designs and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

The role involves delivering end-to-end billing solutions, supporting complex scenarios, and traveling 40–60% to meet client needs. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of SAP IS-U experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience configuring SAP IS-U billing schemas, rates, facts, operands, billing master data, invoicing, and billing-cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for billing and invoicing across electric, gas, and water utilities.
• Configure and support billing, invoicing, and downstream postings with FI-CA.
• Run unit and integration tests; support user acceptance and regression testing.
• Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, Device Management, EIM, and Customer Service.
