• Experience configuring SAP IS-U billing schemas, rates, facts, operands, and invoicing workflows.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for billing and invoicing across utilities.
• Configuring and supporting billing, invoicing, and downstream postings in FI-CA.
• Performing unit and integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Coordinating cross-workstream impacts across Billing, Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, and Customer Service.
• Providing knowledge transfer and functional guidance to client teams.
