Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP IS-Oil seasoned professional to lead SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformations. You will engage with business stakeholders, translate requirements into functional designs, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

The role requires deep SDM and RFNO knowledge, 12+ years in SAP IS-Oil, and a willingness to travel 40-60%. You will drive UAT, rollout leadership, and client relationship management in a hybrid EY

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead for multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Add responsibility for budget oversight and resource planning.
• Lead client working sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead UAT activities and support go-live readiness.
