Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with procurement, Finance, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes that support timely invoice posting and exception handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years SAP Procurement, AP, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on SAP invoice management, Logistics Invoice Verification, AP integration, or related Procure-to-Pay capability.
• Experience with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, workflow, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of integration points among SAP MM, AP, Finance, and related modules.
• Experience creating functional specs, process docs, test scripts, training materials, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching and posting.
• Design and configure invoice verification including two-way/three-way matching and PO, GR, SES, and invoice dependencies.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, blocked invoice resolution.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements and integration points across Procurement, AP, Finance and MM.
• Support functional design, configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, cutover, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and other deliverables.
• Advise clients on SAP standard capabilities and scalable solution design.
