Job summary

EY is hiring for an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to help design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will work with Procurement, AP, Finance, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP processes for timely invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on SAP invoice management, AP integration, or related Procure-to-Pay capability.
• Knowledge of PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, blocked invoices, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, posting.
• Configure invoice verification with two-way/three-way matching and dependency mapping.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, and escalation.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements across Procurement, AP, Finance, MM and related teams.
• Support design, configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, cutover, training, and go-live stabilization.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Advise clients on SAP standard capabilities and scalable solution design.
