EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, finance, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes for accurate invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP invoice management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Accounts Payable integration, or related Procure-to-Pay capability.
• Experience with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, invoice matching, tolerances, blocked invoices, workflow, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of integration points among SAP Materials Management, Accounts Payable, Finance, and related SAP modules.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Aufgaben

• Supporting SAP invoice management and Accounts Payable integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, approval, and posting processes.
• Designing and configuring invoice verification with two-way and three-way matching and PO/Goods Receipt/Service Entry dependencies.
• Defining and implementing invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, blocked invoice resolution, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinating invoice-related requirements and integration points across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Materials Management.
• Developing functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and other deliverables.
• Advising clients on SAP standard capabilities and leading practices while balancing requirements and scalable design.
