Job summary

EY seeks an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will work with procurement, finance, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable processes for accurate invoice receipt, matching, and posting.

Role involves engaging with clients, frequent travel (40–60%), and collaboration across teams to ensure successful project delivery and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–4 years SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience on at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP invoice management, LIV, AP integration, or related Procure-to-Pay.
• Knowledge of PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, posting, and exceptions.
• Design and configure invoice verification, two-/three-way matching, and PO/Goods Receipt dependencies.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, and escalation.
• Coordinate invoice requirements and integration across Procurement, AP, Finance, and MM teams.
• Support design, configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, cutover, training, and go-live stabilization.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Advise clients on SAP capabilities and scalable solution design.
