Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and delivery of invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA transformations.

You will work with procurement, AP, finance, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes. Some travel will be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years SAP Procurement, AP, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP invoice management, Logistics Invoice Verification, AP integration, or closely related Procure-to-Pay capability.
• Experience with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, blocking, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of integration points among SAP MM, AP, Finance, and related SAP modules.
• Experience creating functional specs, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP invoice management and AP integration workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, posting, and exception handling.
• Design and configure invoice verification, including two-way/three-way matching and PO/GI/Service Entry dependencies.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements and integration points across Procurement, AP, Finance, MM, and related teams.
• Support functional design, configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, cutover, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
