Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP Invoice Management & AP Integration Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and deliver invoice management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with procurement, Accounts Payable, finance, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP processes for accurate invoice receipt, matching, exception handling, and posting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field with 2–4 years SAP Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP invoice management, AP integration, or related Procure-to-Pay capabilities.
• Experience with PO-based and non-PO invoice processes, matching, tolerances, and workflow handling.
• Knowledge of integration points among SAP MM, AP, Finance, and related SAP modules.
• Experience creating functional specs, process docs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business requirements for invoice receipt, validation, matching, approval, exceptions, and posting.
• Design and configure invoice verification processes, including 2-way/3-way matching and PO/Goods Receipt/Service Entry dependencies.
• Define and implement invoice exception workflows, tolerances, approvals, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate invoice-related requirements and integration points across Procurement, AP, Finance, and related teams.
• Support functional design, configuration, testing, data validation, defect resolution, cutover, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
