• Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct second cycle counts.
• Review daily exception reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Adjust financial records to correct errors.
• Record and report data using correct documentation.
• Manage error queues in various systems.
• Research tickets and resolve issues.
• Investigate service failures and customer complaints.
• Create RGAs and adjust inventory in Catalyst/SAP.
• Assign errors to warehouse staff for SOP non-compliance.
• Audit receiving functions: put-aways, receipts, tickets.
• Flag SOP compliance errors in receiving processes.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
