Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP integration projects across client engagements. You will identify user requirements and guide UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms while delivering development services aligned with business needs.

You will manage delivery of SAP projects and workstreams, communicating progress, managing risk, and ensuring quality solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (4‑year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4‑6 years relevant experience working with SAP technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP integration tools, including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, and HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with PI/PO adapters, including IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, and web services.
• Experience integrating EDI and non‑EDI standards with customized mapping requirements.
• Working knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData Services, SAP API Management).
• A strong background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP integration projects and workstreams with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, leading sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Develop and implement integration architectures that ensure data consistency across systems.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
