Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP integration projects and guide teams across client engagements. The role focuses on identifying user requirements and delivering UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, aligning with business needs.

Responsibilities include leading delivery, managing risk, and collaborating with external clients, with travel up to 40–60% as required. A strong background in SAP integration and architecture is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP-related experience.
• Hands-on SAP integration with PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI.
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions using middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and propose policy changes.
• Select methods and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
