Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP integration initiatives across multiple client engagements. You will identify requirements, design UI-centric solutions, and drive delivery of complex SAP integration projects using middleware and cloud tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risk, and communicate progress to stakeholders while traveling 40–60% as needed. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Typically 4–6+ years of SAP experience.
• Hands-on SAP integration tools experience (SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, ABAP, EDI).
• Proficiency in SAP integration designs using middleware (SAP CPI, BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules including S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, integration patterns.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC).
• Networking knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• Strong background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps; data modeling and DB basics.
• SAP technologies such as XI/PI/PO, Solution Manager, LT, Data Services, ABAP, S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user/customer requirements for UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Lead delivery of SAP integration projects and workstreams from planning through closure.
• Guide teams and manage risk while engaging with external clients in sessions and reviews.
