Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to identify user requirements and develop UI across mobile, web, and tablets. You will code, specify, and deliver services aligned with business needs, leading SAP integration projects with a strong emphasis on quality and risk management.

You will regularly engage with external clients, guide workstreams from planning through execution, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, BTP).
• Proficiency in designing SAP integration solutions using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC).
• Experience integrating EDI and non‑EDI standards with mapping requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData, API Management).
• Strong SAP integration architecture knowledge and DevOps practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user requirements for UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Lead delivery of SAP integration projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients in sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
• Travel as needed by clients (up to 40–60%).
