Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP integration projects and deliver UI solutions across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will engage with external clients, guide teams, and manage workstreams from planning through closure.

The role emphasizes SAP integration architecture, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery, with travel 40–60% and a generous Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• Typically, 4–6 years of SAP experience.
• Hands-on SAP integration experience with PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI and SAP BTP.
• Ability to design and implement SAP integration using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs/web services (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters: IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC.
• Experience integrating EDI with non-EDI mapping; cloud integration know-how (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SAP cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define user/customer requirements for UI across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, lead sessions, and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
