Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP integration lead to drive delivery of complex SAP integration engagements for clients in a consulting environment. You will manage client relationships, program economics and multi-team coordination across SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, EDI, ABAP and cloud integration tools, plus strong communication and project management skills. 40–60% travel is expected across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations and integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, EDI, ABAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in designing integration solutions and middleware technologies.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data transformation and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, FI/CO, HCM.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the engagement.
• Travel to meet with external clients.
