Job summary

Aptimized is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration in a large-scale SAP transformation. You will lead integration design, architecture discussions, and implementation across SAP and non-SAP systems, with emphasis on S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP, and CPI.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, superb communication, and the ability to run workshops, guide developers, and ensure security and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on integration solutions.
• Proven experience leading integrations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and data formats.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
• Drive integration architecture and design discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, and oversee integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Define interface specifications, mapping documents, and integration standards.
• Manage integrations between SAP and third-party systems including CRM, HR, Procurement, Banking, and external vendor platforms.
• Lead integration testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional leads, solution architects, developers, and business users.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and data governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and project teams.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI (Cloud Integration) to support a large-scale SAP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading integration design, architecture discussions, and implementation activities across SAP and non-SAP applications.

This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive integration workshops, collaborate with business and technical teams, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, middleware architecture, and interface design.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite Certification.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
• Exposure to Event Mesh, API Hub, and SAP Extension Suite.
• Prior experience in Public Cloud implementation projects.
