Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst II focused on SAP HCM and US Payroll to support payroll, time management, and HR processes for Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. You will work with HR, IT, and Korea Headquarters to translate needs into scalable SAP solutions.

The role demands strong SAP HCM expertise, manufacturing domain experience, and excellent stakeholder collaboration to drive standardization and continuous improvement across a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of hands‑on SAP HCM experience including configuration, development, implementation, and support.
• 7+ years of ERP project execution and project management experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM, SAP US Payroll, and Time Management processes, configuration, and support.
• Experience supporting business operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, translate technical concepts into business solutions, and solve complex problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of SAP HCM solutions, including SAP US Payroll and Time Management.
• Manage payroll and time management processes by validating employee data and supporting bi‑weekly payroll activities.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct fit‑gap assessments, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, system defect resolution, interface monitoring, testing activities, and user acceptance support.
• Collaborate with Korea Headquarters, HR leadership, IT teams, and external partners to implement HCM enhancements and align global standards.
• Develop functional documentation, process designs, testing plans, knowledge resources, and project estimates.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating SAP technologies and leading efficiency, compliance, and user experience initiatives.
