Job summary

ADP is seeking a hands-on SAP HCM Consultant to support the GlobalView to RISE / S/4HANA migration program. This Senior role requires deep expertise in SAP HCM configuration, payroll, and production issue resolution, operating in a true Tier 3 capacity.

The candidate must diagnose issues independently, implement configuration fixes, and read ABAP code to distinguish config vs. code defects. Collaboration with ABAP teams and migration factory is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP HCM configuration.
• Proven L3/Tier 3 support experience.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
• Strong SPRO/customizing experience.

Responsibilities

• L3 production support for SAP HCM issues.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure in SPRO and validate fixes end-to-end.
