Job summary

Inclusion-Cloud seeks an SAP HCM Functional Consultant to manage, maintain, and modernize US Payroll operations within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role collaborates with SMEs, business partners, and IT teams to deliver maintenance, projects, and initiatives.

The candidate will translate business requirements into detailed specs, test scripts and system documentation while ensuring alignment with company standards and integration with other SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in a SAP HCM implementor role with blueprint, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Spanish language required; English proficiency is a must for communication.
• Expertise in HCM modules: Payroll and Time Management on SAP ECC 6.0.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional maintenance and support of SAP HCM modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, tests, and system docs.
• Coordinate lifecycle of changes and new functionalities in area of responsibility.
• Configure SAP to support changing business needs and integration.
• Maintain PCC on S/4HANA with policies, rules, KPIs, and high-performance payroll outputs.
• Identify options for improving business systems and bridging business-IT needs.
• Support daily operations and assess risks to continuity.
• Leverage SAP Solution Manager for ALM and operations tasks.
