Job summary
Shrive Technologies LLC in Los Angeles seeks an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 7+ years of hands‑on implementation and support experience. You will design, configure, and support SAP HCM solutions across PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll to meet business objectives.
You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, lead functional specs, perform testing, and assist with upgrades and integrations with FI/CO and external systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years SAP HCM functional experience.
- Deep expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.
- Experience with SAP best practices.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP HCM PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll per business needs.
- Implement enhancements and customizations using SAP best practices.
- Integration: Ensure integration of SAP HCM with FI/CO and third-party systems.
- Testing & Documentation: Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and conduct testing.
- Support UAT and resolve defects.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2/3 SAP HCM support.
- Monitor system performance and apply fixes.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals.
- Project Management: Participate in SAP HCM upgrade/migration projects.
