EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Funds Management and Grants Management projects for government clients. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

Based in the United States with travel requirements, you will own design, configuration, and deployment, ensuring compliant postings, robust reporting, and effective risk management across SAP modules.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• 8+ years SAP S/4 Implementation experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP Funds Management and Grants Management.
• Strong FI module experience (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, reporting).
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing teams.
• Understanding government budgeting and public sector finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Funds Management and Grants Management for government clients.
• Define and implement funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution.
• Provide SME on budget formulation, execution, and compliance.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution validation.
• Lead integration between SAP Funds Management and SAP FI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Budgeting, Grants Management, Procurement, Project Systems, and Treasury.
• Ensure accurate postings, reporting, and reconciliation across SAP modules.
• Manage SAP functional consultants and project resources.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, deliverables, QA, and risk management.
