EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Funds Management and Grants Management implementations for government clients. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions and drive complex SAP projects while mentoring functional teams.

Based in the US with regular travel, you’ll coordinate with Budgeting, Treasury, and Procurement to ensure financial controls and compliant postings across integrated SAP modules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• 8+ years SAP S/4 Implementation experience.
• 5+ years SAP Funds Management and Grants Management experience.
• Strong SAP FI experience: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing functional teams.
• Knowledge of government budgeting and public sector financial operations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Funds Management and SAP Grants Management for government clients.
• Define and implement funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution processes.
• Provide SME on budget formulation, execution, and financial compliance.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution validation sessions.
• Lead integration between SAP Funds Management and SAP FI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Budgeting, Grants Management, Procurement, Project Systems, and Treasury.
• Ensure accurate financial postings, reporting, and reconciliation across SAP modules.
• Manage SAP functional consultants and project resources.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, deliverables, QA, and risk management.
