Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to bridge business needs with SAP-based technical solutions. You will lead and deliver complex SAP initiatives, ensuring alignment of architecture with client objectives across Funds Management, Grants Management, and FI integration.

Based in the US with travel, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and drive successful outcomes for government sector clients leveraging EY’s SAP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP S/4 Implementation experience.
• 5+ years with SAP Funds Management and Grants management.
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing functional teams.
• Strong understanding of government budgeting and public sector finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FM and SAP Grants for government clients.
• Define funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution.
• Coordinate requirements, design workshops, and solution validation sessions.
• Manage SAP consultants and project resources; oversee planning, staffing, and risk management.
