Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Funds Management and Grants Management initiatives for government clients. Based in the United States with frequent travel, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions and guide a team of SAP consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IS or related field.
• 8+ years SAP S/4 implementation experience.
• 5+ years hands-on with SAP Funds Management and Grants Management.
• Strong SAP FI knowledge: GL, AP, AR, FA, and reporting.
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, config, and deployment of SAP Funds Management and SAP Grants Management for government clients.
• Define funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution processes.
• Provide SME on budget formulation, execution, and financial compliance.
• Faciliate requirements gathering, design workshops, and validation sessions.
• Lead integration between SAP Funds Management and SAP FI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Budgeting, Grants Management, Procurement, Project Systems, and Treasury.
• Ensure accurate postings, reporting, and reconciliation across SAP modules.
• Manage SAP functional consultants and project resources.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, deliverables, QA, and risk management.
