Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior ERP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) to support a global manufacturing environment. • Ability to work onsite in Erie, PA four days per week.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior ERP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) to support a global manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, techno-functional professional who understands both the business process and ERP configuration behind the complete customer order lifecycle.

You will partner directly with sales, customer service, finance, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions. While SAP experience is highly valued, we are also open to professionals with strong Order-to-Cash expertise in other enterprise ERP platforms who have successfully participated in a full implementation lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Own and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and configurations.
• Configure and support SAP SD functionality across:
• Pricing and condition techniques
• Availability checking / ATP
• Delivery and shipping
• Billing and invoicing
• Returns
• Develop detailed functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Coordinate with technical and development teams on integrations and custom solutions.
• Lead or support UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support ERP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Understand how Order-to-Cash processes integrate with finance, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and supply chain.

• Experience with UAT and functional testing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

ERP Background

Candidates with either of the following may be considered:

• SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP SD.
• Other enterprise ERP platforms, such as JD Edwards, combined with deep Order-to-Cash and manufacturing business-process expertise.

The key is being able to understand how the business operates and translate those requirements into ERP configuration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, distribution, or engineering-driven industry experience.
• SAP integration experience with FI/CO, MM, PP, or other logistics modules.
• Credit management and Accounts Receivable integration.
• EDI, APIs, middleware, or other third-party integrations.
• Experience partnering with ABAP or other development teams.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed organization.
