Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for our SAP Financial Services practice to lead multi-team delivery and contribute to practice development. You’ll drive program sales and manage cross-functional delivery, mentoring staff and shaping client solutions across SAP S/4 capabilities.

This role requires 10+ years of experience in system implementation, proven leadership of 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore delivery, and a strong track record in finance transformation. Travel ~25-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with system implementation execution and full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with onsite and offshore delivery.
• Proven sales and delivery track record in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
