Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and shape practice development across transformation initiatives. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business strategy.

You will drive sales, oversee large delivery programs, and mentor staff while operating in a global, hybrid EY environment with travel 25–30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience including 8+ years in system implementation and SDLC.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10-20 onsite and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record in sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services industry or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across SAP FS practice and drive practice development.
• Develop and mentor consulting staff and build delivery capabilities.
• Collaborate with program leads and SMEs to ensure timely, on-budget client solutions.
• Engage in sales activities and respond to client proposals with strategic responses.
