EY is seeking a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and practice development. You will drive cross-functional teams, shepherd sales opportunities, and mentor staff to deliver end-to-end SAP transformations for financial institutions.

The role requires deep SAP experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex client engagements while traveling 25–30% and working in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in SAP programs and large-scale implementations.
• Lead cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite and 30+ offshore resources.
• Strong sales and delivery track record in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and develop the SAP FS practice.
• Drive sales and delivery of managed revenue with senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop consulting staff and project teams.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multi-site, cross-functional delivery across geographies.
