Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for our SAP Financial Services practice. You will lead program delivery and drive practice development, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP transformations for financial services clients.

You will manage staff development, contribute to sales efforts, and ensure successful project outcomes while traveling up to 25-30% and working in EY offices 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in the professional services field.
• Deep understanding of SAP transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and program support infrastructure stand up.
• Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching.
• Willingness to work in EY offices 2-3 days per week and travel 25-30%.
