Qualifications

• BBA/BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 2+ years SAP experience, with at least 1 year in plant operations or heavy industry.
• Accounting standards and principles knowledge.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create Work Orders, process invoices and run SAP cost reports.
• Assist with Purchase Requisitions as needed.
• Plant Business Process owner for plant policies.
• Prepare journal entries and coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Prepare and review budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to aid decision making.
• Communicate with management and site personnel on financial performance.
