Accenture is seeking a senior Delivery Lead for SAP Finance transformations, accountable for running large SAP programs and guiding roadmaps. You will engage with senior Finance executives, shape business cases, and mobilize teams across regions to deliver value.

The role requires 8+ years leading SAP transformations, 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, and prior consulting experience. Travel may be needed; the California location is a core base with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years leading large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance with roadmap focus.
Minimum 4 years leading SAP transformation programs across multiple industries.
3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including planning, estimation, and architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP functional transformation programs with SAP application and process expertise.
Engage with senior Finance executives on business challenges and value of SAP solutions.
Define SAP journeys with roadmaps and business cases including sales origination.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner add-ons.
Explain SAP Business AI strategy and where AI delivers value in projects.
Manage large delivery teams (50-100 people) in global delivery models.
Stay updated on regulations, trends, and innovations in SAP Finance.
