Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is hiring a senior Delivery Lead to run large SAP Finance transformation programs across multiple industries. You will define SAP roadmaps, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and drive end-to-end SAP Finance solutions with advisory insight and AI-enabled capabilities.

Travel may be required; you will engage with C-level finance leaders and help shape business cases and journeys. Your background includes extensive SAP delivery leadership and consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years proven experience as Delivery Lead on large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support multiple industries and clients.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations in SAP Finance and Industry based clients.
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people) in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices leveraging SAP and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture to achieve transformational roadmaps.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise.
